WIC serves to safeguard the health of low-income pregnant or nursing women, infants, & children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care.. (from the FNS About WIC page)
To apply and qualify for WIC benefits, you must reside in Utah, provide valid identification and meet the income guidelines (below). You must call a WIC office to apply.
